Saturday's TTC protest a bust
Unfortunately we doddled on the way to the TTC protest at Toronto’s city hall this Saturday, scheduled for one o’clock and wound up finding a empty Nathan Phillips Square — aside from some people enjoying the outdoor rink, that is, an idea we recycled for ourselves over at Harbourfront Centre later on in the day.

Fresh in the minds of most for the disastrous subway crash last year, the D.C. metro system is one of the most expansive in the states outside of New York City, though the double lines strike as outdated. The centralized “square” is reminiscent of Eastern European (ex. Moscow Metro) downtown circles, albeit on a smaller scale.
Where does all the time go?
While CP24 was quietly playing in the background as I worked on some final projects, one of the broadcasters mentioned that he had to get cracking on his shopping because Christmas is only 3 weeks away.
Only 3 weeks! It hit me that, probably mainly because of the snowless November, I hadn’t thought about Christmas at all besides that thing I sort of have to plan for like a gazillion years...
